Testing out Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen

We are fortunate in that we have an active cub scout group that hosts a week long day camp.  And I am fortunate enough to have a work schedule that allows me to volunteer quite a bit.  The only downside is we have this camp during the heat of summer - July to be exact and most of the activities are outside.
That means we all must stay focused on hydration and sun protection.  for the hydration aspect, all kids and adults were assigned a water bottle and plenty of 'bug juice' and water stations were spread out over the day camp.
For sun protection there is always wearing a hat and using sunscreen.  This year I was given a tube of Blue Lizard sensitive sun screen to test out.  I'll admit, I was a bit apprehensive about using this, thinking it was going to be hard to apply, thick, and just gooey.  However, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it applied, and how quickly it soaked into the skin (no rubbing the skin raw to get rid of the white sheen of other types of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide sunscreens).
This stuff stayed on all day - and it did not feel heavy.  This sunscreen stayed on through water balloon launches and water slides.  there was no lapse in coverage and my cub scout never came home with a sunburn.  even I was spared the indignity of the red nose from too much sun exposure.
I would recommend this and yes, I'll be purchasing a bottle when mine does run out - which should be in the next week or so.
*I did receive this product free to test, but these opinions are honest and are my own*

It's all about making your life big and enjoying every single moment that you can

I've been playing with various blogs for  a while, all of them focusing on one type of item or a specific genre.  Then I came to the conclusion that perhaps I should just encompass it all into one big fun blog - just like life.
I'm not sure what will morph as time goes by, but hope to post funnies, perhaps product reviews, a little this and that, a deal or two, and maybe an inspiration or two for others to experience their life big and fun.

I'll leave it with a favorite passage of mine:

"For a long time it seemed to me that life was about to begin - real life.  But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid.  At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life.  This perspective has helped me to see there is no way to happiness.  Happiness is the way.  so treasure every moment you have and remember that time waits for no one.  Happiness is a journey, not a destination..."
